The lobby is very large and spacious, and tiled with marble. When it is empty, you may feel alone, but when the locals line up to enter the Hapuna Buffet around lunch time, it is lively.
The building is large, white, and modern. From the front, you do not realise how big the whole complex is. Between the 3 buildings that make up the hotel complex there are 3000 rooms, and a long-term residence is right next door.
The rooms vary in size, clean, and bright with nice views since each room has a large window. The bathrooms are all in good condition.
Since many locals dine at the restaurants (a sign of good and/or low cost food), during meal times it gets busy. Scenery from the restaurants on the top floors provide great views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge.
