The lobby is located on the 2nd floor where the driveway leads up to. The lobby is very large with a clear view of the gardens behind the full height glass windows. There are ample seating areas in the lobby area

The building sits high atop a little hill and there is an uphill drive or walk up to the main entrance. The general area of Jalan Sultan Ismail is very built up which makes distinguishing the building from the rest is a difficult task.
