El vestíbulo está situado en la segunda planta a donde conduce la entrada de coches. Hay otra entrada debajo de esta que lleva a los salones de conferencias. El vestíbulo es muy grande y tiene vistas a los jardines del hotel. Cuenta con una amplia zona de descanso.
Exterior
El edificio se asienta en la cima de una pequeña colina y hay un camino para los coches y para ir andando hasta la entrada. Toda la zona del Jalan Sultan Ismail está muy construída lo que convierte la localización del edificio en una tarea difícil.
