Exterior
Its street, Via degli Avignonesi,is a named after the notorious papal guards who guarded it in that period and who came from the city of Avignon, which at that time was not part of France but an imperial feud governed by the King of Sicily.

The Rome Hotel Memphis comprises 20 rooms of various types, capable of satisfying a range of needs. All are finely furnished, with parquet floors, and completely renovated in a modern style with a subtle combination of delicate shades, varying from floor to floor to match the colours of the marble mosaics and the glass in the bathrooms.

Take advantage of the hotel's room service (during limited hours). Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee.
