The six double rooms at Chalet Fogajard are named after these four elements and the two astral bodies that most influence our lives, the Sun and the Moon. The six double rooms at Chalet Fogajard were designed with the idea of letting you experience the mountains as they should be lived, through direct contact with natural materials, eco-sustainable and originating from our local habitat. Wood is the main theme, as warm as a familiar embrace. Four of the six rooms have balconies with spectacular views over the Brenta Dolomites. The other two are fitted with Swiss pine, with its well known calming effect for the human psyche. Even though we recommend that during your holiday you limit the use of the technology that so often is excessively present in everyday life, we have provided all the rooms with an Internet connection. There are no televisions, in order to enhance your appreciation of the magic of the location, but every room has a music library for you to choose a theme track for your holidays. Please, believe in our philosophy, don't ask us for the television...
Restaurant
The Fogajard Restaurant The surrounding land gives us locally grown high quality seasonal produce. This, together with our culinary experience means that we are able to reinterpret Trentino cuisine, which is deeply rooted in tradition, while respecting our main ingredient: You. Everyone is welcome in our restaurant, both for lunch and dinner. However booking is essential. Product selection Our pigs are bred by Lina in Bleggio. Her pigsty looks more like a pig holiday resort than a breeding farm! She personally sees to the nutrition, making sure it's organic and free of GMOs, the result of which can be experienced in the taste! Our beef is produced by Rino, in Zuclo. Not just an organic breeder, but a true agricultural guardian intent on protecting the land. Loris farms vegetable garden in a good micro-climate, you'll taste the difference in the dishes! Silvano looks after our bees, one by one ... Events, business lunches, ceremonies We have been chosen for small events, special lunches or dinners, anniversaries .... At Chalet Fogajard any occasion is a good excuse to have lunch or dinner with those closest to you. Whether it's an intimate wedding, a birthday or a special day to be remembered, we will make it unforgettable.
