The Avanzi family has been managing and owning the hotel since 1960, located at the foot of the Sirmione peninsula on Lake Garda. The hotel, located about 200 meters from Lake Garda and about 500 meters from the spa "Virgilio". a few kilometers from the historic center, is in an ideal position to reach the cities of cultural interest and the best amusement parks. The amusement parks: Gardaland, Moviland, Aquaparadise, Canevaworld, Zoo Safari, Sigurtà Park are 12 to 20 km away.
