A beautiful 19th Century Castle. The original Cabra Castle was built in the 1600's, however it was destroyed by the Cromwellian War and eventually rebuilt in the early 1800's. It was purchased by its present owners in 1991, the Corscadden family who re-opened it as a hotel. Since then the property has been extensively refurbished and expanded from 24 bedrooms, to incorporate the former Courtyard area bringing the total number of bedrooms to nearly 100.

Dine royally on a sumptuous menu in the elegant and intimate surroundings of The Courtroom Restaurant. Located on the first floor with a commanding view of the gardens and local parkland, the Courtroom offers an award winning menu featuring the best in Irish cuisine, using locally-sourced and seasonal produce and complimented by a comprehensive wine list. Alternatively, The Derby Bar serves food throughout the day from an extensive light dining menu. Enjoy such favourites as our Hearty Hotpot served by the fireside on a Winter's Day, classic Caesar Salad, succulent Bang Bang Wings - the menu has a variety of options.
