Hotel entrance on the groud floor is served as a concierge gateway, there are some limited seatings on this level, the hotel actual lobby is on the 23th floor with large warm and cozy reception area. Hotel is in atrium style offers three lifts in the middle. Lobby lounge is right behind the glass lift offering refreshments and drinks.

All rooms are deluxe starting from the 24th floor offers a panoramic city view of Bangkok. Rooms are well appointed with full facilities eg : Cable TV with in-house movies, TV message viewing and check out facility, IDD telephone with hand-free facility and bathroom extension and voice mail service, personal safe and hairdryer in all rooms, individually controlled air conditioning. Bathroom is spacious with separate bathtub and shower cubicle.
