The hotel is located just 3 minute from Shinjuku 3-chome subway station, and it is also possible to walk to Shinjuku JR station. It is in a center of business and shopping area but the atmosphere is quite calm and peaceful.

The hotel consists of two towers. The main building is a nine storey one and the annex building is six storey.

All rooms are medium in size, clean, bright and well furnished. The bathrooms are all in good condition. The corridors leading to the guest rooms are very bright, with some artwork and background music.

Good for what we needed.

The place was good for what we needed, just an over night stop over in tokyo. just outside of the main hub of shinjuku which may be preferable for some. it didn't bother us here or there.
