Very nice hotel

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel was very clean. the buffet dinner was very good. my only concern was i ordered a vodka with cranberry juice and received only cranberry juice. the wait staff was very busy and i never had a chance to question my order. i also had to go to the register to pay when someone was finally there. my billed showed a gin and tonic and the cashier told me it was the same price as the juice i received. 9 euro for juice is quite pricey. the breakfast i ordered from the menu was very good as well. overall it was a good stay and i would recommend the hotel. be sure to call in advance for the shuttle as they are not waiting at the airport.

Good for one night

Friendly staff, very nice hotel and room setting with luxurious marmor and pleasant spaces and clean. secure and close to airport with free shuttle. room was a bit cold for decembre night, mattress sank on one side under upper body due to it most certainly being pretty old, so had bad night sleep, breakfast rather average in terms of quality although varied, had much tastier at an ibis for a fraction of the price. no time to report or have issues corrected due to time constraints due to late night arrival and early departure flights. will stay there again though because it‘s close to the airport with free shuttle and if the price is right (paid 76 gbp 2 ppl/ 1 night incl. bkfst) just one or two nights and no more due to bad mattress

Ok but not to the promised standards

As a one night stop-over before/after a flight this hotel is ok. but that's where it ends. the room was nice and comfortable, but neither the tv nor the internet worked, which is unacceptable for hilton's standards. also, breakfast begins at 6am, which is ridiculously late considering that the airport serves primarily travellers who will most likely have early flights (ours was at 7am and therefore we were unable to have breakfast). as a hotel it's ok, but due to these little faults, i would think the price is too high. fix the faults or lower the price, and i would have no problems in giving all 5 stars

Nice hotel for one night stay

We found a good deal for this hotel, and it didn't disappoint us. it's very clean, very comfortable, and only 10 minutes away from the airport.
the receptionist was very helpful and the buffet breakfast was wonderful.
will definitely stay here again.

My husband and i travel a lot and we can honestly say this rates at the top of our hotel stays for all around experience - staff, bed, room, facility, food, airport transportation. we will certainly stay here again.

Just the ticket

We needed a place close to the airport to sleep after a late-night flight to rome. the hotel was clean, friendly and very comfortable. as we arrived so late we weren't able to make use of the free shuttle bus from the airport, but fortunately a local bus driver gave us a lift to the hotel. getting back to the airport the next morning to pick up our hire car was a breeze.

Was ok for overnight stay with morning flights

In my case, it was much cheaper than travelling to rome for a hotel room when you have to pay 22euros for return on the train or 15euros return on the bus. plus most cheap hotel rooms in rome are noisey and you may even have to share a bathroom !

to get the free shuttle you have to find the point where the coaches pickup, its about a 50m walk out of the airport to the pickup point, it can be difficult to find if you are not familiar so just ask somebody. i waited 20mins for it to arrive.
hotel shuttle bus from airport to hotel was ok, took 10mins and shuttle bus back to airport in morning was ok
breakfast was well presented and plentiful selection
*although coffee was not nice for italy* which i thought should have been better than it was...
overall i would recommend this for someone with a late night arrival and an early morning departure

very satisfied, and i dont think you can go wrong with this option for a good nights sleep with no noise etc. i paid 76.50 euros and it was well worth it. the comfort level is a very high standard indeed. i doubt you will find cheaper and more convenient.
