Rooms
Every room tells a unique story and unique: the room of Etruscan, which takes its name from a stone head of Etruscan origin set in the bathroom wall, the Secret, discovered by chance in 2005 during the last renovation, the Dragon's room is named after a small tile depicting a dragon (and is also the room of the ghost ...). Each room contains pieces and antiques and has all the comforts of a room of a modern hotel while retaining the charm and style of the Middle Ages: the furniture is custom made by artisans of wood, and iron has developed a master all the beds by hand.

Il Gradale showcases both traditional Umbrian dishes and contemporary, innovative cuisine. Featuring an impressive wine list, a meticulous choice of ingredients and impeccable service, each guest will enjoy a culinary voyage. Il Gradale Restaurant is available for small private parties, weddings and ceremonies for a limited number of guests. In summer, it is possible to enjoy dinner on the terrace overlooking Perugia.
