Restaurant
Refined dishes with genuine flavours belonging to the typical Tuscan Cuisine, a wide selection of Italian and International wines, in an exclusive setting looking out over nature. “La Limonaia” (The Lemon House), the well-known restaurant in Relais Borgo San Luigi, stands alongside the pool area on the edge of the park. “La Limonaia” Restaurant serves typical Tuscan dishes reworked with great creativity by the chef. The local produce such as pork products, meat and game; the forgotten fragrances from the woods and vegetable gardens. Each ingredient, even the poorest, is an evocation of unique flavour in Tuscan cuisine. For its clients “La Limonaia” Restaurant carries out continual research into the Tuscan culinary tradition's antique flavours. An interesting new study to re-evaluate dishes which have come down through the ages and which still remain close to their origins – which, in some cases, even go back as far as the intriguing Etruscan culture. Local produce is the accepted protagonist: pork products, meat and game, forgotten fragrances from the woods and vegetable gardens. At the centre of the pure music of Tuscan culinary flavours, each ingredient, even the "poorest", is a unique and unmistakeable note.
