Exterior
The driveway from the entrance gate reaches almost to the sea with beautiful views. A convenient parking is an invitation to live for a while 'car-free and everything is within walking distance, with a little effort. Supermarket offers the basic necessities of local production, who wants to cook in the kitchenette. To relax and stay fit are available: the gym, 2 tennis courts, football and volleyball, bocce, minigolf, table tennis, jogging in nine stations, arranged in viewpoints. The bars of the playground is instead, in the summer, a meeting place for evening activities. In the big playground (10,000 sqm), absolute realm of children, the watchword is fun: there are slides, swings, exercise equipment, table tennis, mini golf, the great castle of the Rose can make up stories and tournaments. For larger volleyball, tennis, soccer and lots of new friends. The assigned category refers strictly to the services offered. Being a resort classification should not be compared to a hotel.
Rooms
The Resort offers various types of accommodations. A2: There are four adjoining apartments (25 sqm) with separate entrance (dining + kitchen), bedroom with double bed and sofa bed. Located in the main house have a terrace overlooking the garden of citrus fruit. Ideal for young couples. Underbungalows: They are located in the central part of the village, in the homes of some type of upper (30 sqm.). Entrance with kitchenette, dining area with sofa bed, double bed. From the large terrace view extends from the coast to the sea. CASE HIGH: 7 terraced houses (approx. 25 sqm) located in the upper part of the village. Entrance with kitchenette and sofa bed (for children), double bedroom. They face west to the forest of mimosas - a large, shady and flat area - and to the east of the Gulf of Levanto. CASE B: They are scattered around the playground and along the road to the sea. Mostly single-family (approx. 40 sqm), some with fireplace, privacy and comfort to the small family type. Apartment B: I have 4, arranged in a building in the lower part of the village (the nearest to the sea), about 35 square meters each. The entrances open onto a common patio, while the terraces overlook the sea. On the roof of the building is placed a large solarium. CASE C: They are mostly single-family (approx. 50 sqm), some with fireplace. The two bedrooms, ample lounge and terrace offer greater ease of movement. They are located in the central part of the village. CASE D: The three houses Type D (approx. 60 sqm) with stunning sea views, are spacious and comfortable with three bedrooms, two bathrooms. A beautiful fireplace in the living room, optional very welcome during the winter: firewood collection in the woods, smelling of resin, spreads to the house an antique. They are located in the central part of the village, on the left side of the road. High demand for groups of friends gathered for parties or special events and an ideal base for tours of trekking, biking or school trips. To book early!
Restaurant
The Restaurant "Rosadimare", situated on the cliff of the hill overlooking the sea, is surrounded on three sides by a large terrace of 350 sq. m. on two levels, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Marine Park of Punta Masco. In the large and cozy dining room is beautiful in the evening. The local cuisine, tasting Mediterranean cuisine offer moments of healthy pleasure. You can choose from a menu fast (for younger guests there is also a children's menu), the take-away, or a more fancy menu Gourmet (à la carte) for a dinner by candlelight in the light of a sunset over the sea.
