Fabulous hotel, brilliant location.

We had an amazing stay in las vegas. the hotel was everything we had expected but we did leave under a cloud when we were given the bill. only to find out that we had been charged a $45 p night resort fee , which had then increased to $51 p night. we weren't told about this either by the above booking company or the hotel on checking in. very disappointed with their response as well. 😕

A long needed vacation

Me and my girlfriend had not taken a vacation together yet during our relationship. not only that, i had not taken one in general in over a year. palazzo hit the spot perfectly. not only did i get a great deal through hotel clicks but had an amazing hotel to go along with it. what can i say! it was a beautiful hotel. not to noisy in the casino either. staff was very friendly and the whole place had a great vibe over all. room had a very romantic vibe as well. would definitely stay again.

The hotel was pretty enough but was disappointed at check in when we asked for our room to be close to the other couples room we were told their room was not ready yet. we checked in after 6:00p.m. so why wasn't the rooms ready. what the check in persons did was gave us an up grade to bigger rooms which were called guest hospitality rooms. the room was three times the size of the room i booked. the four of us did not feel this was such an upgrade. these rooms are used for hospitality parties. on sunday night, no sleep because there was a loud wind noise coming from the vents.

almost a a +

Let me start off with that the hotel itself is a cut above the rest. unfortunately (hopefully a isolated incident) my stay didn't start off well but ended on a high note. so we got to our room. awesome than grabbed a drink from glasses provide half way into my drink realized there was lipstick marks from a clearly unwashed glass. gross. ok no big. went to grab the ice bucket to grab some ice when i discovered hairs in the bucket ladies hair. kinda gross. called up the front desk and they came up and started cleaning the place as i was trying to lounge. when u pay good money to stay at the nicer places u expect a level of standards. kinda turned off . but like i said hopefully a isolated incident . otherwise the hotel was pretty good. i think from now on i'll just stay at the wynn or caesars where it's always a five star rating.
