The hotel lobby is medium in size incorporating a reception desk and seating area. The decor is modern and very well finished.

Exterior

The building was first licensed as a hotel in 1588 and the half timbered facades date back from the 12th century. The hotel is now a vibrant mix of modern design within a traditional building.

This recently refurbished hotel has 72 contemporary-styled bedrooms and suites, all of which are comfortable and stylish incorporating beautifully handcrafted king-sized beds, cashmere bed throws, bespoke toiletries, LCD televisions, personal DVD players, air conditioning and complimentary broadband.

Restaurant

The restaurant is fully air conditioned and serves dishes made from only the finest local produce and promises to offer great food, drink and friendly service. Chef’s Table, Champagne and Cocktail Bar is open all day and serves a variety of light meals and snacks. Alternatively drinks can be enjoyed at the Mc Old Brewery Tavern.
