The Catalonia Donosti hotel has been built on an old convent from the 17th and 18th centuries, of which the north façade with the bell tower and its two towers and the central body of the church with recovered masonry have been preserved. All the old parts of the original building that remain have a high historical value and are part of the elements protected by Urban Heritage. The hotel's main entrance is newly built and modern in style, creating an interesting contrast with the opposite façade.
