The towns of Felanitx and Santanyí are approx. 10 minutes drive away From the hall there is access to the open living/dining room that has access to the pool area. The kitchen that is well equipped counts with a small breakfast table and a larder. A side door takes to the pool area and another to the utility area where the washing machine is. The ground floor has also a twin bedroom and a separated shower room. A stair takes to the first floor. From the landing there is access onto a terrace, an ideal private spot to relax, sunbathe or read your favourite book.
