Roca is a beautiful, airy country house full of natural light with a side tower. The house which exteriors are clad with rural stone is arranged in three levels. From the hall there is direct access to the dining room with two dining areas -close one to the other-, one in the tower with an open fireplace and the other by the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has access to the back covered terrace with the outside dining area. This floor holds also a shower-room and an utility room with the washing machine. From the hall a stairs take us to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a twin bedroom with access to a back small covered terrace with great views and a double bedroom with French balcony overlooking the fantastic landscape. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with overhead shower. From here a few steps take us to the intermediate floor were there is a twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the central Mallorca and the living room located in the tower. French doors connect to a front terrace with a table and chairs overlooking charming country views with the coast in the distance. Another few steps take us to the upper floor where there is a twin bedroom, a separate bathroom with overhead shower and a terrace with wonderful views.
