Rooms
Apartments have two bedrooms with two beds and a salon/dining room with a sofa bed, to sleep maximum 4 persons (2 +2 or 3+1), there is air conditioning (with cost in Standards and included in Superior), equipped kitchen, fridge, bathroom with bath tub (in all Standards) or shower (in Superior), safety deposit box, terrace or balcony and all hotel services for you to enjoy your stay in Mallorca. Apartments are cleaned 3 times a week. Rooms are double for 1 or 2 persons. Rooms have a bathroom, satellite or cable TV, two beds and safety deposit box (there is no air conditioning). Some rooms have a balcony and others a terrace. Superior Rooms have a superior category, totally reformed in 2016 and have a bathroom with shower, plasma TV via satellite or cable, two beds, ceiling fan (there is no air conditioning) and safety deposit box. Some have a balcony and others do not.
