Dreadful service

The service was very poor. the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.

the staff were unable to communicate well in english and made no effort to understand.

we complained to the manager about the aggressive behaviour of one of her staff and she was extremely uncooperative and diificult. refusing to take reponsibility for the poor attitude demonstrated by her and her staff.

the room was very dark and did not have adequate lighting
