The Parador has 43 rooms, most of them with views of the large crater or caldera formed by volcanic activity and carved by water.
Restaurant
The Parador’s restaurant offers baifo (kid), watercress stew, rabbit salmorejo, papas arrugás and mojos, and bienmesabe from Tejeda.
