I booked a room for a date where no rooms were available. instead of the site kicking me out, it allowed me to book but for the wrong date. i called customer service and they said they would get back to me but never did. horrible website, horrible service. do not use this booking service

We enjoyed our two night stay at the lovely and convenient salles ciutat del prat. if you would like a hotel near to bcn with free shuttle service, we would recommend this hotel. it also provided a delicious and varried hot breakfast in a nice dinning room. it was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was nice and spacious. we found it very reasonably priced for a four star hotel.
