This Parador features 14 interior courtyards and a swimming pool.

The rooms within the hotel are welcoming and have a stylish feel. The bedrooms are found in the former monastic cells, providing peace and serenity.
Restaurant
The Parador’s restaurant provides traditional Manchegan cuisine with Arabic influences. Highly recommended dishes include the pisto manchego (Manchegan ratatouille), las migas (fried breadcrumbs), el mojete (tuna salad), el tiznao (salt-cured cod) and las flores del sarten (sweet dough flowers), which can be sampled in a uniquely peaceful and calm atmosphere.
