Lobby
The lobby is huge with large Doric columns that line the perimeter. Large candeliers supplement the already sufficient sunlight. The floor is in beige marble with seating areas for coffee and stairs leading upstair for more lounging areas for afternoon tea.
Exterior
The hotel consists of three blocks that have been competely refurbished in 2000. The facade of windows and a roof top made up of curved roofs make up the distinctive Tower Wing. The Garden and Valley Wing are mostly obscured by the lush trees and vegetation that are the hallmarks of the Shangri La Singapore.
Rooms
Rooms are large with lots of sunlight. The style is contemporary with subtle colors and understated class. Soft finishing and bathrooms in marble with quality fittings.
Restaurant
The Line restaurant serving International cuisine in modern surroundings. Shang Palace, the Cantonese restaurant offering a wide variety of exquisite Dim Sum and an extensive array of a la carte and set menus. Fine California cuisine is served at the Blu, this restaurant has a breathtaking city view and is only open for dinner. Nadaman specialized in traditional Japanese cuisine, it is part of a renowned chain of fine restaurant with 150 years of culinary tradition.
