Great price and very comfortable hotel

The room was spotless, comfortable and airconditioned. our room overlooked a typical city view of lisbon. a train line ran directly below but with window closed we barely noticed any train noise. the breakfast (included in rate) was extensive and excellent. the wifi internet (which was free) was reliable and the signal was excellent in the room.

there was a girl on the front desk who answered guest questions and she was outstanding. she was always quite busy but went to great lengths to supply any information required and was very friendly. she is certainly an asset to this hotel.

this hotel is very near the roma metro station where for €1.05 you can get a ride to the tourist at the harbour or anywhere else, including railway and bus stations to other parts of the country.

we caught a taxi to this hotel from the airport and for the benefit of anyone else doing the same it should cost €8-€10 ... beware dishonest taxi drivers!
