Lobby
The lobby is medium in size and gorgeous. The ceiling of the atrium lobby reaches up to 3 stories high. The marble stairways at the centre of the lobby lead to the restaurants on the 2nd and the 3rd floor.
Exterior
It is a modern, grey, 28-storey high-rise building with the noticeable sign of Sheraton Hotels on the top of the building. It can be easily seen from the Yokohama Station

It takes only 3 minutes to Minatomirai Station, where the one of the biggest convention centers in Japan, Pacifico Yokohama is located.
