There is a information desk available and provide information on attractions in the nearby area; where the best shopping and restaurants are, or locate a theatre or a museum. There are some personal computer with charged wired internet. PC rental service is available at the front desk.

Restaurant

There are 2 restaurants on the second floor. At the Katsura, a Japanese Sushi restaurant, dine on Sushi and Kaiseki, a dining experience which includes many individual dishes of Japanese cuisine. At the restaurant & bar, called the Wisteria, you can enjoy wine from nearly one hundred brand names, personally selected by a sommelier. On the ground floor, we have the Wiener Wald cafe serving coffee and confectionaries.
