Not a great stay

I booked this hotel as i needed to be in this area. there is not much around. i was due to work on an urgent project and in my room on the first floor wifi did not work. even ion the lounge it was very slow. so i asked for an ethernet cable at reception and was told they did not have any. no further assistance or help was offered. i had to go to another hotel by yaxi in order to work. for a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable

Pleasant stay

I and my family of 4 had a very nice stay at this hotel. the staff were quite helpful in assisting in site reservations and accomodating our needs. i would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in rome.

4 nights at the albani

Location was very good for our visit as we wanted to be near the villa bourgoise ,room was very clean and bright,the area was quite, no traffic at night ,the breakfast was disappointing.. no fresh fruit or yoghurts in the restaurant.

Bank holiday weekend stay

The hotel is a modern and very clean and suits the young, independent traveller. the centre of rome was too far away to walk to,particularly with an elderly parent but taxis are reasonable costing 8 euros from the hotel to the spanish steps.
staff were friendly and helpful the only downside is that the hotel does not have a restaurant open for evening meals.
