A comfortable and wide open space joins together hall, american bar and TV room. The new restaurant room comfortably contains 150 seats. The Meeting Room can contain from 50 to 150 places. The rooms are all technologically equipped, in order to enable the realization of meetings, conferences and private events.
The hotel is situated in the university area called Tor Vergata, only 50 meters from the Psychiatric Facultyand from the Economic Faculty; 500 meters from the Literature Faculty and about 1,5 Km from the Medical Faculty and the Tor Vergata Polyclinic, with which there is a bus connection. The hotel is situated near the motorway exit Torrenova-Roma sud- (500 meters) and the subway station Anagnina. Close to the hotel there is the Film Factory Cinecittà and the mall La Romanina. There is a good connection to downtown Rome with the 507 bus (10 min.) and the subway (15-20 min.).

The lobby is spacious and bright with a wooden built desk by the reception and a wide open area simply furnished with sofas and small tables. Opposite the reception, there is a small but very nice American bar and a common area to watch TV.
