Built as a medieval monastery, strategically located on top of the hill to enjoy the whole magnificent view of the below sea. At the beginning of twentieth century, Baron Baratta took over what remained of the ancient monastery and restored to a summer residence. Only in a second time, the villa, was transformed from a private residential house into the Hotel.
