The spacious and brand new apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated villa with modern design located in the Guizza area, the southernmost neighborhood of the city of Padua. The house offers an ideal stay for all those who even when traveling do not want to give up the tranquility of their own home. The apartment is about 15 minutes by bus or car from the city's main hospitals, and is only a 5-minute walk from the “Cuoco” streetcar stop from which you can reach the city center, the train station and all major sites to visit in a few minutes. The apartment, which enjoys a separate entrance with access by three steps, a usable outdoor condominium area consisting of synthetic grass and a parking space inside the property, consists of: - Living room with open kitchen consisting of a dining area, equipped with a table and chairs that can accommodate up to six people, and a living area with double sofa and TV. - Fully equipped kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. - Wide corridor to access the sleeping area. - Master bedroom equipped with double bed, large closet, bedside tables and chest of drawers. - Second double bedroom equipped with double bed, bedside tables and closet. - First bathroom: windowed equipped with toilet, shower, sink, bidet, washing machine and towel warmer. - Second bathroom: windowed equipped with toilet, shower, washbasin, bidet and towel warmer. For reservations for 3 or 4 persons, second bed linen is already included in the price. In case of reservations for 2 people, we ask you to inform us before 'arrival of any need to sleep in separate beds so that we can also prepare the second bed (supplement required: €15.00). The facility does NOT have a reception desk so it is necessary to arrange the check-in time directly with the facility (time allowed between 15.00 and 19.00). In case of late check-in (between 19:00 and 22:00) there is an extra charge of €40.00 IMPORTANT The property requires guests to fill out an online form with their details (provided directly by the property via chat/mail) and arrange for payment of the Accommodation Tax via Paypal or debit/credit card (Stripe circuit). The city tax is not included in the price and is to be paid before 'arrival at the facility. The City of Padua has set €1 per person per day for the first 5 days of stay.
