Bright apartment of about 40sqm renovated to new and located on the second floor with elevator of an elegant condominium with wonderful view on Piazza Petrarca, the square dedicated to the illustrious poet who lived the last years of his life on the Euganean Hills a few minutes outside Padua, can accommodate up to 4 people.The apartment is located in the Carmine area within the historic center, and is a 9-minute walk from the Scrovegni Chapel, a 10-minute walk from the squares of the historic center, and a 14-minute walk from the train station.The apartment consists of:Small Entrance Hall: equipped with coat rack and small closet.Kitchen: open in the living room equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils.Living room: equipped with a FRENCH-style double sofa bed (140) , a dining table with availability of 4 chairs, and a smart TV.Master bedroom: large master bedroom equipped with a standard double bed, 2 bedside tables and a closet.Bathroom: blind with a shower (NO BIDET)Amenities included: WIFI internet, air conditioning, independent heating (with heat pump), iron and ironing board.With each reservation the double bed will be set up but not the sofa bed (we simply leave the linen in the facility); please write to us if you prefer the sofa bed to be set up upon arrival.The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is accessed by self-check-in via key box.When checking in (in online mode) we will need to record each guest's information for legal purposes only; therefore, you will be asked to provide a valid ID.Please note that the facility does NOT have a front desk; check-in times should always be arranged directly with the facility, and in any case no earlier than 3 pm and no later than 10 pm. The apartment has a key box self check-in system, so you will be able to independently access the apartment with the personal code that will be provided on the day of your arrival. To receive that code you will first need to fill out an online form with your details and pay the Tourist Tax.The city tax is not included in the price, and is payable by the agreed check-in time. The City of Padua has set €1 per person per day for the first 5 days of your stay.
