Bright apartment of about 40sqm, recently renovated and located on the second floor with elevator of a condominium, can accommodate up to 4 people.The apartment is located 300m from the train station and is well connected with the main areas of the city center. It is also only a 2-minute walk from the “Arcella” and “Borgomagno” streetcar stops. Four-legged guests are welcome!The apartment consists of:Small entrance kitchen: kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, induction cooktop, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils and dining table for 4.Master bedroom: large master bedroom equipped with a standard double bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, 1 closet, 1 double sofa bed and TV.Bathroom: windowed with shower, bidet and washing machine.Services included: WIFI internet, independent heating, air conditioning (IN ROOM), iron and ironing board.The room is for the exclusive use of guests.It is accessed independently with self-check-in (door opening with intercom outside the facility, and with key box located inside in the entrance compartment).It is possible to request a crib at an extra cost of €7.00 per day.Please note that the facility does NOT have a reception; check-in times should always be arranged directly with the facility, and in any case no earlier than 3 pm and no later than 11 pm. The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to independently access the apartment with the personal code that we will provide you with on the day of your arrival. To receive that code you will first have to fill out an online form with your details and pay the Tourist Tax, as required by law.The city tax is not included in the price, and is payable by the agreed check-in time; The City of Padua has set €2.5 per person per day for the first 5 days of your stay. Children 0-15 years are excluded and residents of the municipality are exempt.
