Our chef will be happy to spoil you with his specialties. Certainly, he will satisfy the most demanding palates with the unique culinary blend of typical local fare and traditional Italian cooking. Every evening you can choose your meal from three different options of starters, mains, side-dishes and desserts… and at the candlelit “GOOD BYE DINNER” in a romantic elegant atmosphere you can savour our house specialties. And this is also the perfect occasion to taste a typical South Tyrolean wine or a classic Italian wine from the extensive selection our cellar proudly stocks. Those who have a particularly sweet tooth can indulge in a real titbit, the “FONDUE AU CHOCOLAT”, served with small pieces of fruit and homemade biscuits. An atmosphere literally wrapped in mouth-watering chocolate. Don’t resist, succumb to this sweet temptation… the sins are enjoyed to the full.
