Best hotel for early flights

Sheraton malpensa is so close to airport check in and the rooms are large and extremely comfortable. dinner in the main restaurant was delicious and the service excellent. i will definitely stay here again.

Apart from reception...

Rooms are great if only hundreds of metres it seems from reception (yes, seriously a huge walk), gym is very well set up with excellent equipment, and it is right at terminal 1 at malpensa... however reception process was painfully slow although there were lots of staff and a maitre de setup (who to be honest merely lengthened the process rather than assisting with speed) -i can never understand how major hotel chains can't get reception services correct and this hotel is no exception to that rule. and slightly disappointed that breakfast starts at 6 given it is at an airport, and the reason you stay at an airport is usually because you have an early flight... so we missed it even though we had a 7.30 flight.

No free internet. curt staff who certainly dont go out of their way to make you comfortable.
