Booked superior room on click - when i checked in, i was told i had booked standard room and was asked if i wanted to pay more to upgrade - i said i did not. when i made booking the website stated that free wifi was available - when i checked in i was told i would have to pay extra (this is supposed to be a 4* business hotel and wifi should be a standard feature).
when i checked out (was only there for one night) i showed reception that i had booked a superior room - the receptionist seemed a bit flustered and was unable to explain - however, a colleague stepped in and told me that standard and superior rooms are identical! - what's the point of calling a room superior if it is not?!
room was ok but a bit dated and was definitely not superior

Had a "double for single use" room just for a night's stay whilst passing through milan. location of the hotel couldn't be any better and i got a pretty good deal on the price too so cannot complain. i have lived in milan for a while picked the hotel based on the location but the duomo is about 20 minute walk and corso como with all its bars is just round the corner.
front desk very helpful, very clean room, very spacious. could do with more tv channels if staying for longer. good selection on the breakfast, although quality of the hot section (including the ausages) wasn't as good as expected. would very much recommend the hotel.
