The Residence A is the historic core of the estate. These apartments have been renovated and expanded in the early eighties and have created the first residential complex Poiano. Renewed several times in the floors, the balconies and furnishings, the apartments of the Residence A are all air conditioned. The residences consist of apartments BCD designed with a modern and functional style. Of different sizes and some with air conditioning, can accommodate up to 8 people. The terraces on the ground floor open directly onto the garden on the first floor all apartments have a balcony with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding countryside. EF Residences create a real small town in country style, consists of brightly colored and attractive apartments are built around a central plaza. The apartments of Residences EF, essential and functional, can accommodate from 2 to 8 people depending on the type, have a terrace or balcony furnished with table and chairs.

Enjoy Italian cuisine at Poiano Ristorante, a restaurant where you can take in the garden view and dine alfresco. Or stay in and take advantage of the room service (during limited hours).
