This is part of a building that incorporates shops, and is similar to many of central Florence's buildings.
Hotel Spadai has 72 rooms on five stories: 52 Doubles and 20 Singles all equipped with private bath, hairdryer, colour TV, satellite, minibar, direct-dial phone, controlled air conditioning, soundproofing, safe and fixed price garage.
There is no restaurant available but the breakfast room on the ground floor serves an excellent cold buffet breakfast.

The fenice palace hotel is literally 30 seconds walk to the duomo and leather markets. it could not be in a better position in florence.the staff were friendly and helpful and it was such a great deal for a 3 night stay. highly recommend this hotel!
