The cozy rooms are entirely realized with the use of bio-compatible materials and natural: the walls, stone and brick are colored with milk of lime and natural lands; the flooring, terracotta, treated with beeswax; furniture, natural solid wood, nourished with essential oils; anallergic mattresses or futons, latex, are coated with natural cotton sheets, washing with ecological detergents and scented with essential oils.
Restaurant
In the restaurant you can taste the local specialities. The restaurant of Country Relais Valle dell'Aquila is a welcoming structure, from 300 seats, at the service of eating healthy, Mediterranean cuisine and typical local, but also organic, vegetarian and dietetics. Heated by a large fireplace in winter and cool in summer, the restaurant offers, then the excellent local cuisine with contours of season cultivated directly in the garden of the House, but accompanied by wines from all regions that make up its rich cellar.
