Rooms
The Hotel was originally built in 1968, but was completely remodeled just a few years ago. It is situated in the center of the city in a quiet and tranquil environment. The owners of the Hotel, the FABBRINI brothers are the originals owners and came from a long tradition of Italian cuisine. There are 125 rooms and 5 suites, all soundproof and air conditioned, are confortable in every way. The rooms have been decorated luxuriously with the right touch of elegance to provide an atmosphere of refined hospitality. Large windows illuminate the rooms and provide a delightful view of Antique Arezzo. Our dining room has ample space for an abundant breakfast buffet. All rooms equipped with: air conditioning, frigo bar, phone, safe, hair dryer, internet wi-fi, parquet, facilities for disables, no smoking rooms, tv sat with sky tv.
Restaurant
The hotel is very well known for its restaurant, which is situated on the firts floor near the lobby. On can find refined Tuscan cuisine at its best. The resturant, originally called "Spiedo d'oro" weas founded in the early fifties. It was in the center of historical downtown and famous for its overwhelming popularity. From this great success and popularity, the owners decided to continue their journey pleasing clients, and thus, Hotel Minerva was founded to provide a complete and satisying experience for guests visiting Arezzo, whether for business or tourism. Today "Ristorante Minerva" is still as popular at it was befor. It inherited its high culinary cuisine from the previous location and continues to be one of the most prestigious restaurants in the Province of Arezzo.
