Lobby
Decorated with fine white Carrara Marble and with an impressive staircase that leads upstairs. Hardwood floors, antique tables, stone fireplace, all of the furniture recalls the characteristic Victorian style.
Exterior
The hotel is made of two ancient residences built , at the end of the 19th century, on the first hill above Alassio. They were home, for more than a hundred years, to three noble British families: the McMurdos, the Dalrymples and the Hanburies. The two villas are surrounded by a huge park with a surface of 22.000 square metres, rich in Mediterranean and exotic flora, ponds, fountains and pergolas. Romantic pergolas of roses and glycines connect the different levels of the park, where delicate water-lilies float on the surface of ponds and fountains.
Rooms
Room, junior suite and suite, medium to large sized, are different from each others and dedicated to local public historic people. Rooms are very elegant, decorated with classic wooden furniture, wooden floor, walls are painted with pale fine colours.The finishing touch is given by the charming white bed linen.
Restaurant
Restaurant is the villa dining room. Quite intimate, extremely elegant and refined, with an enchanting bow window, wooden ceiling, decorated with antique furniture and a precious rug.

Located on an hill overlooking Alassio, hotel is close to Genoa and Nice, far away less than one hour driving, easily accessible to the most beautiful places on the Ligurian coast and the Riviera.
