This is a guesthouse, not a hotel, runned by one family which are starting their fourth year in the guesthouse business. We are located at Sólvallagata 49 101 Reykjavík Íceland. No smoking allowed.This friendly guest house is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from Reykjavik city centre. We are 5 minutes walk from the city centre, university, national museum, and Vesturbjarlaug thermal outdoor swimming pool. There are 3 single rooms and 6 double rooms. All are nicely furnished and domestic. There are 2 fully-equipped kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Guests also have access to a large dining and living room with a television set, VCR and DVD player. Guests can make themselves a breakfast and cook light meals.
