Hotel hell

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ever. the owner is a liar and constantly mucked us around. of our 2 rooms booked for 3 nights, we got the rooms paid for 1 out of 3 nights. we were made to share a quad for 2 nights because the owners had overbooked the hotel. although she said it was because existing customers had to stay on, i saw new arrivals were given our promised rooms. her and her husband were rude and lied numerous times. i wonder if they are running a scam as she was going to pay another hotel 60 euro (less than that paid for her hotel) for half of us to stay their our 2nd night. she did this to another couple as well. i presume the hotel is of a lesser standard. breakfast is disgusting. it is stale, items, plates and cutlery are dirty and everything is left out with a fly sheet put over it each night. this include the yoghurt, hard boiled eggs etc. the pool is decent. overall providing you get what you pay for this hotel is ok (apart from breakfast) but for such a beautiful place (santorini), i highly recommend staying elsewhere as dealing with the owners is not worth it and it was very close to ruining out time there.
