The lobby is small but functional, decorated in a minimalist style and is located at the top of some stairs on the first floor.

This is a typical whitewashed Cycladic building on one of the main streets of town.

Each of the 13 boutique style rooms are large, bright and airy and enjoy great Caldera (volcano) and sea views. Although the modern and fresh theme in each room is the same, each has its own unique features. The state of the art bathrooms add the ultimate finishing touch. At Theoxenia Caldera Hotel, enjoy a satisfying meal at the restaurant. Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Location
Perfectly located on the cliff side of central Fira town, this hotel is just down the road from the main church. Just outside the hotel are many boutique style shops, cafés, tavernas and bars which all lead in to the rest of the narrow cobbled lanes of the town. The airport is a 10-15 minute drive away.
