The four newly built independent houses are set on a gated spot of 6.000sqm luscious land, surrounded by an abundance of olive and fruit trees. Built with love and inspired by the much-needed simplicity, ta spitakia offer relaxing and peaceful moments in the nature, by the sea. Each house is built with key identifying feature the concept of modern design. Thus, the building materials used, such as wood and natural cement, came from nature.
