The residence offers studios, one bedroom apartments with a high level of comfort. The studios ranging from 20 to 25 square meters and are suitable for 2 persons. The one bedroom apartment duplex ranging from 30 to 34mq spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa bed while the upper floor is the master bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. The two bedroom apartment on the other hand, is composed of a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed and a living room with sofa bed. All apartments come with free Wi Fi, safe, air conditioning, desk, hair dryer, flat screen TV, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils. The one and two bedroom apartments are also equipped with an additional toilet.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby and is spacious and bright. It has an attractive and warm colour with dark wooden tables.
