Our regional and international cuisine is prepared with high-quality, natural products from the immediate vicinity, assuring a healthy and satisfying dining experience.Mountain farmers provide us with a wide variety of products such as milk, butter, cheese yoghurt, ham, bacon, smoked meat and much more. In addition, many delicacies are produced at the hotel itself.Your gourmet package includes the following culinary specialities:- Rich breakfast buffet with homemade products, freshly prepared egg dishes, assorted mueslis, fresh fruits and vegetables and much more.- 4-course evening meal including classic dishes, Austrian specialities and vegetarian choices.- Salad buffet- Children?s menu with a wide choice for our young guests- Theme evenings including gala dinners, Italian, fondue and a tour of the kitchen on Pinzgauer Schmankerl evening.
