A heritage listed facade with contemporay style apartments. Intercom security building access. Under cover car parking is available (limited spaces and an additional charge).
Rooms
All apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and laundry. Living and dining rooms are spacious with cream walls and light coloured, modern furnishings. The kitchens are fully equipped and include dishwashers. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is a feature and portable stereos, VCRs and DVD players are available for hire. Please note bedding configuration for a one bedoom apartment is one queen bed and one sofa bed.

Althrough there is no restaurant at the hotel, there are plenty locally.

Central location, within seconds of the Adelaide Central Markets and Chinatown. The property is 150 meters from the Glenelg Tram stop and only a 5 minute walk from Rundle Mall and North Terrace where you will find the Casino, Convention Centre, Art Gallery, Festival Theatre and Museums. PLEASE NOTE THAT RECEPTION HOURS ARE 7AM TO 11PM. Follow the main road out of the airport car park until Sir Donald Brahman Drive. Turn right and drive towards city centre, where you will come to West Terrace, turn left at West terrace and then first right at Franklin Street. The property is located at number 36 on the left hand side, past the Central bus station.
