The hotel has been newly renovated and is therefore in very good condition. The location is good as it is close to all that Orlando has to offer. The pool area is a great place to unwind after a long day of activities.
The hotel is located on International Drive just minutes from Orlando's major theme parks, which include Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure and Sea World. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is 20 minutes by car from Orlando's International Airport and across the street from Wet & Wild Water Park.

The lobby is medium in size and decorated in a movie making theme. Throughout the lobby there are lots of icons and paintings of items associated with film making. The hotel continues the movie theme throughout the hotel by decorating the hallways with pictures of famous movie stars.

Exterior

This hotel is a modern building with plenty of parking. The building is built around its outdoor pool area which is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and palm trees.

Rooms

The rooms are large and decorated in deep blue colours which give them a very cool feel. The rooms are in good condition. The bathrooms are medium in size but very well appointed.

Restaurant

The restaurant serves island cuisine in a very up beat sports like atmosphere. On nice days gusts can enjoy sitting outside taking in the activity of International Drive. The restaurant is directly across from the water park Wet & Wild.

Brilliant location

After reading the reviews mainly the bad ones i decided to take a gamble and i am glad i did. i spent 2 weeks here with my daughter from the 18th of july to the 1st of august and the only negative thing i would say the place is in need of new carpet and some paint but over all that's it. we arrived late as the airport messed up half the planes bags but had no problem checking in. i had no safe and went to the reception the next day and it was sorted out within 20 mins. i asked for an iron and it was at my door within 5 mins and they left it in my room the whole 2 weeks i was there. our room was cleaned everyday with new sheets and fresh towels everyday. the rooms are usually cleaned in the morning and the towels would come around 6.30 in the evening but most of the time we weren't there too busy having fun at the parks. the location to universal parks is very good only a 15 min walk also 2 doors down from kfc and 3 doors away from walgreens. hint if your doing the universal a bottle of water is $3 go to walgreens which is open 24 hours a 24 pack of water is $2.99 and your hotel room has a fridge. the staff at the hotel are very friendly especially the lady who brings the towels, there are ice machines, air conditioning and a dehumidifier leaves these on when you go out we were on the 3rd floor and heat rises. the hotel also has a pool which is crystal clear water and gets the sun all day and the pool area has little to no people in it. overall i am very happy with my stay as i said the place could use a lick of paint but we used it mainly for sleeping. i got home on tuesday around 1pm and within 6 hours of being home i was online booking this hotel for next year with my daughter and this time i booked in for 28 nights.
