My opinion on maile sky court

This hotel was a budget price which i knew when i booked it on line. it really was what i expected, just a base. the rooms where clean and it was in a good position. however i do have a couple of big compaints.
1. the reception desk is in the open which is quite nice on a good day, we arrived on a day of gales and rain and the checking in process was very uncomfortable.
2. my main gripe is that i was made to pay a suplement against my will for services i did not intend to use. £14 extra, which was for movies and ps3 games,waikiki shuttle,daily newspaper, in room coffee and safe, local & toll-free calls, and wi fi in lobby with password. i did try the wi fi as i had paid for it but it was impossible to get on it as maybe 50 other tourists were all packed inthere doing the same thing.
3. i was witness to a member of the reception staff being rude and off hand to a british couple who through no fault of there own had had their booking messed up and were bewildered and treated very badly.
